The Information Lease SwApp Collects
Lease SwApp may obtain the following types of information from or concerning you or your mobile phone device, which may include information that can be used to identify you as specified below ("Personally Identifying Information"):
User Provided Information: You provide certain Personally Identifiable Information, such as email and location (zip code) of the mobile device to Lease SwApp when choosing to participate in various uses of the Lease SwApp Service, such as registering as a user, communicating with other users and publishing your auto lease information. Location of the user device (zip code) can be manually changed by user.
Log File Information: When you use the Lease SwApp Service, our servers automatically record certain information that your mobile device sends whenever you using application. These server logs may include information such as platform type, number of clicks, pages/screens viewed and the order of those pages/screens, the amount of time spent on particular pages/screens, the date and time of your request.
The Information Lease SwApp Does Not Collect
Lease SwApp does not collect user's real names, addresses or other contact information from its users' mobile address book or contact lists. Lease SwApp mobile application will associate Lease SwApp user account with whatever username user will choose during registration process.
The Way Lease SwApp Uses Information
If you submit Personally Identifiable Information to us through the Lease SwApp Service, then we use your personal information to operate, maintain, and provide to you the features and functionality of the Lease SwApp Service. In particular, your email address is essential to your use of the Lease SwApp Service and will be retained. Any Personally Identifiable Information that you voluntarily disclose on the Lease SwApp Service becomes publicly available and may be collected and used by other users of the Lease SwApp Service. Your Lease SwApp username will be displayed to other users when you communicate with other Lease SwApp users via Lease SwApp messaging system. By signing up for Lease SwApp you are consenting for the promotional emails and for customer service purposes such as confirmation about user registration, password reset or exciting the number of allowed devices. You understand that you may request to be removed from our list at any time by emailing us. You also understand that any removal requests may take up to 30 days to be completed. Lease SwApp is also not responsible for any delays in delivery of promotional messages which cause the expiration of the offer contained therein. Lease SwApp may update these terms and conditions from time to time, any updates will be posted on this page and on our Terms of Service.
Our Commitment To Data Security
Lease SwApp uses commercially reasonable physical, managerial, and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your personal information. We cannot, however, ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to Lease SwApp and you do so at your own risk. Using unsecured wifi or other unprotected networks to submit messages through the Lease SwApp Service is never recommended. Once we receive your transmission of information, Lease SwApp makes commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the security of our systems. However, please note that this is not a guarantee that such information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards. If Lease SwApp learns of a security systems breach, then we may attempt to notify you via email so that you can take appropriate protective steps.
In the Event of Merger, Sale, or Bankruptcy
In the event that LeRosh is acquired by or merged with a third party entity, we reserve the right to transfer or assign the information we have collected from our users as part of such merger, acquisition, sale, or other change of control. In the (hopefully) unlikely event of our bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, receivership, or assignment for the benefit of creditors, or the application of laws or equitable principles affecting creditors' rights generally, we may not be able to control how your personal information is treated, transferred, or used.
